Edward Beals
With a background in engineering, tech and business transformation, Edward has worked across multiple industries to help clients overcome obstacles and scale. He successfully co-founded, built and sold the award-winning management consulting firm, Loft9 to the global firm, Sia Partners, where he led the Sia Partners Denver practice as well as the US Business Transformation business unit.
With over 20 years of experience in management consulting, he possesses expertise in strategy development and project implementation. He helps lead teams through challenging initiatives such as developing and implementing new tools, processes and operating models as well driving venture integration initiatives. He can translate vision into a clearly understood plan, while building organizational support for change. He helps deliver large scale business operations, and technology-related strategic transformation programs that help his clients maintain their competitive edge, thoughtfully and decisively.
Edward holds a BS Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona, an eMBA from University of Phoenix, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is a certified Change Management Professional (CCMP). He has served on non-profit boards focused on education and health.
In his free time, Edward enjoys playing music, off-roading, global travel and attempting to cook dishes from around the world with his family.
Ronan Walsh
A highly accomplished leader and business expert originally from Ireland. Ronan has a wealth of experience in starting and growing businesses, Known for his strong business acumen and ability to help clients achieve their strategic goals. Ronan is a leading expert in business transformation, previously a Partner at Loft9 Consulting and the Partner heading the US Digital Transformation practice at Sia Partners.
With a proven track record of success in both early stage and mature businesses, having held leadership roles at companies such as Sia Partners, Point B Consulting, Microsoft, Corel, and ICL/Fujitsu. He is also a co-founder of several businesses including Loft9, L9BS, and WebSoft.
Ronan holds a B.Sc in Computer Applications from Dublin City University, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Six Sigma Green Belt. In addition to his work as an advisor to a number of businesses, he also serves as a Board member and Treasurer of Only 7 Seconds, a non-profit organization working to combat loneliness.
In his free time, Ronan enjoys mountain biking, running, and spending time on the lake. He has also completed four Ironman triathlons, demonstrating his discipline and determination.
